Sunday Gatherings

Join us as we gather outdoors under the tent for a time of worship, a message from the Word and a response in giving, prayer and communion. Check out the video below to get a better picture of what to expect on a Sunday morning.

We're excited to have you be part of a Sunday gathering with us!

WHAT ARE SUNDAYS LIKE?

Sunday gatherings with Anthem are about 90 minutes in length. Our Sunday gatherings typically look like this:

- We start with worshiping Jesus by singing. Lyrics are projected on a big screen, so don't worry if you don't know the songs!

- Someone will get up and share a quick welcome, a few next steps for those who are new to our church, and any important things coming up.

- One of our pastors will share a teaching from the Bible. If you want to check out some past sermons, click here to watch/listen to past sermons →

- We end our gathering with responding to the word of God and the message of the gospel by: singing, receiving communion, giving, and praying for one another.

What to expect

Arrival → Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before the gathering to get settled. Parking is limited in the lot and extra time may be needed when parking on the street or at the park.

Kids → We are primarily gathering family-style and kids are encouraged to stay with their families during the gathering. Twice a month While kids are welcome to join us, there are no kids-specific programs, we will be doing "family-style" and kids will be asked to stay with their families for the duration.

Masks to mingle
→ Please wear a mask as you come and go and when physical distancing is not possible. You can go maskless once you’re in your spot. Just remember to mask up when interacting with others. Our desire is both to protect the vulnerable as we come back together and to be respectful of local ordinances. We’ll have some extras if you need one!

Practice physical (not social) distancing → Waving, saying hello, and air hugs are just a few ways to greet each other while practicing distancing.

BYO → Bring your own coffee, bible, donuts, etc.

Seating → We will not be setting out chairs in rows – both for physical distancing concerns, and to better help families succeed. You are invited to BYO blankets, beach towels, chairs, or whatever works for you. We will have chairs available in stacks that you can grab and set out for yourself.

When to stay home →
Stay home when you are sick, have a compromised immune system, or have been in close contact with someone who is sick. Please use wisdom and discretion, and self-screen before gathering in-person.
