What's New

Hey Anthem!

This last Sunday, Rob and I got a chance to share vision for connecting with people far from God through Alpha this fall. We are so excited about the opportunities that we believe will come through meeting people and having conversations—something that Alpha does a great job of facilitating. We’d love to invite you to hear more about how you can pray, invite and serve this fall as we use Alpha to help people find their way back to God. There will be a lunch to cast vision for all of this on Sunday, August 15th, you can rsvp here or email rob@anthemchurch.org to find out more!

Aug Summer bbq

Our next all-church barbecue will be Sun, Aug 8th. And we hope that you can join us!

We'll provide the hotdogs and burgers and we're asking you to help with all the sides. Use the link below to let us know how many will be there and to sign up for something to bring and/or to help make the day happen.

If you have any questions, please contact Ahmad at ahmad@anthemchurch.org.

WHEN: Sun, Aug 8 after the Sunday gathering

Kids Volunteers needed

We've loved being able to host our Anthem Kids Breakout twice a month and are excited to continuing creating a space for our kids to learn, worship and grow along side their peers.

With that said, we need more volunteers to make it all happen! Come hang out with our kids ranging from walking to 5th grade in one of our classroom breakouts. There are opportunities to help with teaching bible stories, crafts, singing, small groups, and more! If you are an adult or a middle/high school student, ready to jump in and serve or if you have any questions, please contact Katie Shook at krshook@gmail.com

Excited to serve with you!

Park + Beach Days

Bring your kids and come hang out this summer for a park or beach day with us! We love taking different opportunities to build relationships together with our Anthem family. This gathering meets on Tuesdays and is primarily geared towards moms with elementary and under kids, but it's also a wonderful place to meet other women at the church and we'd love to have you join us even if you don't have any young kids.

Here are dates we will be meeting; location and times vary, full details can be found on calendar (link below):

Park Days → 7/27
Beach Days → 8/10, 8/17

If you have any question, please contact Katie Shook at 562-547-8810.

  • Anthem TO Teaching Podcast

Catch the latest Sunday gathering teaching here!

  • This podcast exists for the purpose of equipping the body and sharing stories at Anthem Church from week to week.

  • A podcast for families who want to bring Jesus centered activity while driving on the road. Designed to spark conversation for parents and kids who want to take a vacation from their work, but not their spiritual life. We go on a journey through God’s epic road trip, the Exodus, where we learn some important truths about God. Our hope is that this will set the table for conversations that bring your family closer to Jesus and each other. Hosted by Rob Patterson, Nicole Raden, and Gwendolyn Nemire and brought to you by the Anthem Family of Churches.

Giving & Generosity

  • Giving At Anthem

Giving cheerfully and sacrificially is a part of worship at Anthem. We give generously because God has first been generous to us. We dream of becoming a church marked by radical generosity. Over ten percent of every dollar goes directly to supporting compassion and church planting work both globally and locally.
